Assess and progress monitor students to ensure mastery of required skills.
Analyzing and utilizing student data to create small group instructional pods.
Programs used: Renaissance Learning, Nearpod, Commonlit, Newsela, Roadworks, self-designed activities
Using progress monitoring data, create and schedule various grade level groups to administer Intensive Reading support.
Collaborate and meet with classrooms teachers regularly to expand and reinforce classroom learning objectives.
Develop and maintain data tracking folders for students needs and successes.
Graduating students from reading interventions as mastery is established.

Title 1 School
Aid classroom teachers in the BOY & EOY assessment and placement of kindergarten students.
Establish small instructional groups for phonemic awareness, decoding, sight word practice, letter knowledge,
